    1. It is called Santulan Chaitanya Kalpa (just google for Santulan products). It can be introduced whenever you start giving cow's milk to your child. Ideally cow's milk should be introduced after 1 year. ..but we started bit earlier at 10 months (my bub would drink only about 3-4 tbsp of milk)..even now at 16 months he can manage only about 1/2 cup cow's milk in the day. Since I am still bfing I am OK with it. Will start full fledged cow's milk after 2 years.

    1. Yes its absolutely fine. You can give alternatives like quinoa, samo etc which are completely nutritious and it's good for digestive system as well. See my other article on ekadasi recipes for babies and toddlers

    1. You can give him all fruits from list in blog - except banana. Best to start banana bit later. You can give any ekadasi veggies - like carrot, dudhi, spinach.
Since he is very young start slowly. Steam and puree (even fruits like apple and pear will need to be steamed)
Try a few things and see what he likes. Introduce at a meal time - when he is bit hungry.
